Attorney Shinyoung CHU from ELPS delivered a lecture on the topic of “Compliance Strategies for New Environmental Businesses” at a practical startup education session for eco-startups, organized by TAP Angel Partners and held at the Dreamplus Main Hall in Gangnam, Seoul.
In his presentation, Attorney CHU introduced key strategies for complying with regulations and minimizing risks at each stage of a business—planning, operation, and dispute resolution. He emphasized that “for startups, in particular, to manage legal risks in the safest and most cost-effective way when launching new businesses, it is crucial to thoroughly understand and proactively respond to applicable regulations from the very beginning.”
